privacy violationdisrespectful staff

Housekeeping entered my room while i was still in bed. this was a serious privacy violation. they were quite loud in the hallway too, shouting outside my door. they did not apologize for the intrusion. it seems the do not disturb sign was not respected. i found the whole thing rather unsettling. I put the sign back up myself.

I found the staff very pleasant, especially during the morning rush. The shuttle service ran efficiently to and from the airport every half hour. I also appreciated the fresh and plentiful breakfast.

I noticed a small stain on the carpet in the corner of my room. The isolated location necessitates either eating before arrival or relying on potentially busy nearby options.
